Experience:

As a Partner with The Exetor Group, an international leadership consultancy, Leslie coaches top executives and leads transformational leadership programs for executive teams at McKinsey, Siemens, Alliance Bernstein and The WPP Group. Her passion is making an impact through transformational change and growth for individuals and organizations.
Leslie’s prior career spanned 20 years in finance and strategy consulting where she specialized in major corporate restructuring and mergers for clients such as Chevron, Levi Strauss, UBS, and The Financial Services Authority . She began her career as Vice President- Europe at Wells Fargo Nikko Investment Advisors (now BGI) and Managing Director-UK for Vanguard. Leslie lived in London for 15 years, where, in addition to her business commitments, she played a leading role on the Board of the charity Hope and Homes for Children .

She recently relocated back to the US and travels globally to serve her clients. She loves to ski, golf, entertain and enjoy the arts.

Education

Studied History and International Relations at Georgetown University.

MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
