Experience:

Dai has  spent all the 30 years of his working life in the software industry, in public and private sector companies.The bulk of it has been with Oracle Corporation, which is amongst the largest software companies in the world. He has experience in a wide range of technical and management roles in software product development and service delivery.

In service delivery he has worked with clients in a variety of industries (e.g. CSFB, Astra Zeneca, CERN, Kellogg’s, British Gas)

In product development he has  covered all the major roles (from developer to director) for a number of globally distributed products.

Before joining Oracle Dai  worked in a number of consultancies and end-user organizations, including roles as client manager, project manager, software architect and software developer.

He is a published author of texts on software project management and an international speaker at technology conferences and guest lecturer at British universities.
